Being an above-average athlete who attends and passes a two-day course does not make you a "coach".  In fact, possessing a hundred certifications doesn't necessarily make you a good one either.  Here at Blue Titan, we take sincere pride on combining highly educated and experienced instructors with the God given ability to connect, inspire, mentor and care for others.  A quick glance at a book of testimonials we keep in our lobby will give you an idea of how seriously we take coaching the members of our Blue Titan family. 

Don't let "what you hear" about CrossFit disuade you either.  It isn't a room full of crazy athletes running with chains around our necks.  CrossFit is a community based fitness with one singular goal - to ensure you walk out of the studio a healthier and fitter person than when you walked in. We use functional movement patterns and multiple modalities to ensure you are the most well rounded athlete you could possibly be; and, we do this in a room full of people like yourself, all pushing each other to become fitter, healthier human beings.

Level 1 Blue Titan Movement Requirements
The foundational exercises you must understand to participate in Level 1 CrossFit classes. You do not need to perform them but be able to identify and modify as necessary.

The more advanced exercises you must understand to participate in Level 2 & SEALFIT  classes. You do not need to perform them but be able to identify and modify as necessary.

CrossFit contains many movements not found or performed in traditional weight room routines. Below are the movement requirements necessary to participate in Level 1, Level 2 or SEALFIT classes.  Participation in the CrossFit Lite classes is mandatory prior to progressing into Level 1 unless prior coach approval is obtained.
