      Why the annual contracts?

  • We like to think of the contracts more like a partnership.  You agree to show up a few times a week, and we agree to put 100% of our efforts into developing your abilities in self-defense, mma or fitness EVERY SINGLE TIME you show up. 

  • The self-defense program that claims to teach you self-defense in 5 easy lessons is rooted in fiction.  Krav Maga is one of the easiest systems in the world to learn; however, even Krav Maga requires consistency!  We recommend our students show up 2-3x per week in order to show improvement and gain in skill level. 

Seriously, Does KRAV MAGA WORK???

All of us know an over achiever.  He or she wakes up at 5am and has worked out 5 days a week for 20 years and loves it!  Not all of us have the ability to stay motivated to stick with it, and at the end of the day, getting in shape is great, but you haven't learned any valuable skillsets.

Then there are those who have that same over-achiever competitive spirit but they find a martial arts studio and spend 10 years becoming a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu or Tae Kwon Do. They compete and they love it, and they often spend well over $100/month.  They are in great shape & have learned a valuable skillset.  Together, these two make up an extremely small percentage of the population; and, let's face it, how many jump spinning roundhouse kicks have foiled a robbery? 

Krav Maga is the real deal.  It is not just for the ultra athletic, the ultra competitive and the unusually motivated.  Krav Maga will get you in great shape but you won't even realize it because you will be too busy learning how to defend yourself in real world attacks. We have the best atmosphere you can ask for.  Instructors are chosen for their ability to teach, not their ability to collect certificates.  We are invested in your success and growth as a person, not as a dollar sign.  Don't get me wrong, you will sweat and struggle; but you will get in the best shape of your life and learn a skill that value cannot be placed upon!
